Residents of the Sverdlovo village (Gornyatsky district of Makeevka) turned to the Ombudsman about the lack of a regular bus stop for public transport in the specified settlement on the route “Donetsk – Khartsyzsk”, which significantly complicates the movement of citizens in the evening.
In order to resolve the issue, the Ombudsman requested assistance from the Ministry of Transport of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
As a result, the transport company set a new bus stop for this suburban bus route.
