Last week DPR Ombudsman Office received four appeals on arrest.
In March 2018 three men were detained outside Gorlovka. Now they are held in remand prison in Artyomovsk controlled by Kiev. Another man was detained in April 2018 by the staff of Security Service of Ukraine in Western Ukraine.
Last week DPR Ombudsman Office didn’t receive any appeals on missing persons.
According to the latest data, the Ukrainian side detains 294 persons, including 85 persons, whose presence in the territory of Ukraine has been confirmed; 209 persons, whose whereabouts are unknown or requested from the Ukrainian side. Currently, 452 persons are considered missing. There is a possibility that they are held in Ukrainian captivity.
