The Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR is collecting evidence of the crimes of the armed formations of Ukraine, which will be used in a military tribunal over Ukrainian militants, DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova told RIA Novosti.
“The Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR has been collecting and fixing evidence of war crimes of the armed forces of Ukraine in the Donbass since 2014. With the beginning of the special military operation, this activity also spread to the liberated territories of the Republic, where the armed formations of Ukraine did things with particular cruelty and cynicism. We carefully study absolutely all evidence of the atrocities of the national battalions and the Ukrainian army and send them to the competent authorities for further investigation. I am sure that the collected materials will be a significant base for the future tribunal on the genocide in Donbass. All perpetrators will definitely be punished,” she said.
