On 10 December, staff of DPR Ombudsman Office delivered a wheelchair with sanitary equipment to a man with disabilities who lives in Styla village, Starobeshevo region.
The man, a disabled person of group 2 disability, asked DPR Ombudsman for assistance in late October of this year. His application was reviewed and it was decided to provide humanitarian assistance with the help of a humanitarian organization.
The man expressed gratitude to everyone who was involved and promptly resolved his problem. His letter reads: “I would like to express gratitude to the Human Rights Ombudsman in the Donetsk People’s Republic and to the International Committee of the Red Cross.”
