I am always happy to support initiatives aimed at helping children. Today, as part of the All-Russian charity event “Tree of wishes”, launched by the “Dream with me” project, I visited the Bereznyak family from Gorlovka.
The eldest son, Stepan, took part in the campaign. His desire is a portable charger. Styopa is an excellent student, and it is very important for him to continue remote education even during power outages in the front-line city. With such an incredibly adult position of the child, it is impossible to remain indifferent.
Also, in addition, I gave Styopa a “smart” speaker with a built-in voice assistant “Alice”. Now the boy, who is limited in live communication with his peers due to constant shelling, will always have a virtual friend nearby. I gave gifts from Father Frost to Stepan’s younger sister, Dashenka.
It should be noted that the day after tomorrow Styopa turns 12 years old, so the meeting was doubly sincere and joyful.
Once again, I am convinced how great our children are. I thank the parents, as well as the initiators and organizers of the campaign. I would like to note that in the Russian Federation the “Tree of wishes” has been implemented since 2018 during the winter holidays. This year, for the first time, children living in new regions of the Russian Federation became its participants.
On the territory of the Republic, the action is coordinated by the Donetsk Headquarters #МЫВМЕСТЕ, the DPR People’s Council and the DPR Ministry of Youth Policy. I am sure this format of providing assistance to children will continue to develop in our large and friendly country.
