Thus, a number of changes was set by the Order of the Head of DPR from 30.06.2020 № 208, under which from 1 July providing the self-isolation at the place of residence (presence) for 14 days is established for people, who have come from territories of states with the unfavorable epidemiological situation, which are determined by the Interagency operational headquarters for preventing delivering and spreading new coronavirus infection caused by COVID-19, on the proposal of the Ministry of Health of DPR.
Furthermore, restrictions for the departure from the Donetsk People’s Republic were cancelled. From 1 July it is allowed to enter the Russian Federation.
It is allowed to enter the Luhansk People’s Republic for people, who have permanent or temporary registration on the territory of the LPR, or in connection with an official mission, the necessity of urgent health-care, hard illness or death of a close relative, living outside of DPR (upon the presentation of a document, confirming the degree of kinship), drivers, exercising freight transport, and persons, accompanying cargo on freight vehicles, and also if there are other circumstances by the headquarters decision.
At the same time, it is permitted to visit cinemas, museums, libraries, concert organizations, cultural centers, club establishments; to do exercises and sport in the open air (including individual and group training classes, sports competition without the involvement audience, among them team sports); to visit sports club, fitness-centers, swimming pools and other objects, where such services provide, and also to visit restaurants, cafes, cafeterias, canteens, bars, snack bars and other catering establishments; to have rest in entertainment centers, recreation parks, amusement parks.
Also, from 1 July the obligation of citizens aged over 65 to observe the regime of self-isolation is cancelled. The right of entitled to benefits to free transport by all kinds of transport is renewed.
