Humanitarian Subgroup starts negotiations in Minsk

The Working Group on Humanitarian Issues has begun the meeting in Minsk. The agenda is focused on organizing the prisoner exchange and search for missing persons. The issue of ensuring the security of persons to be exchanged will also be raised.
