Fourteen victims reported to DPR Ombudsman Office within a week

Last week Ukrainian forces again violated ceasefire, which increased the number of victims and affected DPR citizens.

From April 27 to May 3, 2018, 14 people sustained wounds of various severities in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, of which there were 7 DPR servicemen, 4 civilian women, and 3 civilian men. Over the past week, 6 people were killed, including 4 DPR servicemen and 2 civilians who died as a result of shelling in Dokuchaevsk by Ukrainian forces.

Since the beginning of 2018, 108 persons have been wounded as a result of armed aggression by Ukraine. Of them, there are 72 DPR servicemen, 23 civilian men, and 13 civilian women. Within the specified period, 51 persons died, including 44 servicemen, 6 civilian men, and 1 civilian woman.

According to the Ombudsman Office official statistics, 4618 people (607 women and 4011 men, including 76 children) died since the beginning of the armed conflict in the DPR
