Dear citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic!
I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the eighth anniversary of the nationwide referendum on the independence of the DPR!
Today, this date is of particular importance, because we are celebrating it for the first time in the status of a recognized state, finally liberating from the enemy our territories enshrined in the DPR Constitution.
Despite the incessant pressure from the Kyiv regime, we managed to create an independent state, able to withstand external threats and protect the rights of its citizens both within the state and in the international arena.
I wish the inhabitants of our beloved Republic peace, well-being and prosperity, the realization of all life plans!
