The applicant requested the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Vladimir Region of the Russian Federation to assist in handing over documents to her mother, who lives in the village Priazovskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic. It was about a pension certificate, documents confirming the ownership of real estate, etc. Considering the lack of the possibility of the mailing and the importance of these papers, the woman needed the help of human rights activists.

As part of the working meeting of the Ombudsmen of the Russian Federation and the DPR, Tatyana Moskalkova handed over the relevant package of documents to Daria Morozova. Later, in the course of work in the liberated territories of the Republic, representatives of the Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR handed it over to the representative of the local authorities, the head of the Berdiansk village administration, in which zone of influence Priazovskoye is, against signature.

Thus, the documents were returned to the owner. Now a woman can freely and fully exercise her personal and property rights, including the right to pension and real estate transactions.
