On August 31, 2018, as a result of a bloody terrorist attack organized by the Kyiv regime, Donbass lost one of its most prominent sons – the first Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Hero of the DPR Alexander Vladimirovich Zakharchenko.
In our memory, Alexander Vladimirovich invariably remains a man for whom love for his native land and officer honour were priorities in life. He was guided by them in decisions and actions.
He was sincere, wise and with a big heart. He led the Republic in one of the most difficult periods in the history of our young state. He deservedly earned the love of the people and the respect of the defenders of Donbass.
Our Batya … Enemies were afraid of him, and friends loved him endlessly.
Today, the dream of Alexander Vladimirovich about the return of Donbass to its historical homeland – to Russia – is being realized. And we will make every effort to complete the work he started. This is a sacred duty.
