We were able to convince representatives of Ukraine after long negotiations to conduct the exchange before the Easter holidays, and also to find the location for it.
Sides agreed on the exchange of detained persons on a formula 10 in 8. It should be remembered that we were ready for conducting the exchange also by the last session of the Contact Group. However, unfortunately, our opponents desisted from the previously proposed formula. But today, we were able to strongly convey the importance and humaneness of the process.
