Donetsk – Donetsk news agency. Kiev authorities haven`t confirmed their readiness to do the greatest exchange of prisoners of war ever, which had been proposed by DPR. The DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova informed DNA today. “Unfortunately, we are deeply disappointed by the Ukrainian disinclation to fulfill the undertaken obligations. We have hoped to get the affirmative response of the Ukrainian side on the exchange of prisoners of war. Alas, we had not”, – said the Ombudsman of the Republic.

Morozova also mentioned, that the fifth and the sixth paragraphs of Minsk Complex of measures, that concern amnesty and release of prisoners of war correspondingly, are still unfulfilled.
“During all period of time since the last negotiations in Minsk we haven`t received any written confirmation from Ukrainian authorities on the exchange of prisons of war through “all for all” formula. And after all we could have got off the ground concerning the exchange through “all for all” formula, and all our illegally captured men could have been at home” ,– summarized the Ombudsman.
It bears reminding that on September 21 in the course of Minsk subgroup session, DPR proposed to Kiev to have an exchange of prisoners of war through the “618 for 47” formula. Later, the official written proposal was submitted to the Ukrainian side. Today, another round of negotiations of the subgroup takes place in the capital of Belarus.
