Dear residents of the Republic!
I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the Day of Parliamentarism.
The right to elect, be elected and participate in the management of the state, electing its representatives, is inalienable for each citizen.
It is important to remember that the emergence of this democratic institution forever changed the political structure and system of social values in most countries of the world.
Parliaments of all levels not only create a solid legal basis for the implementation of the most important state tasks, but also are an effective mechanism for feedback from the population. And the constructive interaction of the legislative and executive bodies ensures sustainable economic development, social and political stability.
I would like to express my gratitude to the deputies of the DPR People’s Council for their productive work. I wish the people’s deputies to increase the effectiveness of interaction with executive authorities, wisdom in decision-making, as well as productive activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Republic!
