Dear residents of the Republic! I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the Day of the DPR Constitution!
That day, 6 years ago, the Main Law of our state was adopted. Being the most important legislative act that is the Constitution establishes basic principles of political, economic and social systems of a state, as well as provides for the human rights and freedoms.
Its adoption has changed the life of the Republic and its citizens. A chance for the creation of a new order of the state was appeared and fully implemented. The Constitution acted as guarantor of democracy, independence and integrity of our young state, and also became the basis of further successful development of economic, social and cultural spheres of the Republic.
