The Humanitarian Subgroup of the Contact Group on the conflict settlement in Donbas began a new round of negotiations in Minsk.
At the today’s meeting, the issues of the second stage of the prisoner exchange under formula “all confirmed for all confirmed” and returning identity documents to citizens who returned to the Donetsk People’s Republic as a result of the exchange of 27 December 2017 are on the agenda.
Another focus is the issue of elaborating a mechanism for the search for missing persons. At the moment, there are 458 persons considered missing.
