Dear servicemen and veterans, please accept my sincere congratulations in honour of the 7th anniversary of the formation of the People’s Militia Department of the Donetsk People’s Republic!
The People’s Militia Department of the Armed Forces was formed in order to protect the interests of the Republic, as well as its citizens in the difficult conditions of hostilities. The fighters managed to win the battles for the independence of the Republic, personifying the strength and resilience of free Donbass. Thanks to your personal qualities and skills acquired in battles, you perform the most difficult tasks to preserve peace and security in our young state.
I express my sincere gratitude to all patriots serving in the Armed Forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic for their courage and military valour!
