Today, DPR Ombudsman Office and the International Committee of the Red Cross handed over humanitarian aid to persons with category I or II disability, former POWs and citizens affected as a result of the armed conflict, who live in social housing objects (dormitories, boarding houses, healthcare centres) in Donetsk and Shakhtyorsk. Assistance was also provided for persons who suffer from acute and chronic renal failure and are undergoing hemodialysis.
In total, 715 persons received food packages, hygiene kits and packages of household chemicals.
