Updates on wounds and victims among civilians and DPR servicemen

The Ukrainian side continues to violate fundamental human rights of DPR residents: the right to life and the right to security of the person.

Between 18 and 25 May 2018, as a result of continuing shelling by the AFU, 17 people sustained wounds of varying severities in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, including 6 DPR servicemen and 4 civilian women and 7 civilian men. Within the specified period, 9 persons were killed, including 6 DPR servicemen, 2 civilian women and one civilian man.

Since the beginning of 2018, as a result of armed aggression by Ukrainian forces, 145 people have been wounded, including 89 DPR servicemen, 36 civilian men, 19 civilian women and one underage child. 68 persons have been killed, including 57 DPR servicemen, 7 civilian men and 4 civilian women.

Since the beginning of the armed conflict, 4635 persons have been killed, including 610 women, 4025 men, and 76 underage children.
