Last week the Ombudsman’s Office in the Donetsk People’s Republic was reported that a man born in 1975 was detained in early March 2018 near Zaitsevo settlement, Artyomovsk region. He was accused of committing crimes set forth in Article 258-3 part 1 of the Criminal Court of Ukraine.
Currently, 287 persons are held in penitentiary institutions in the territory of Ukraine. Last week, the Ombudsman’s Office in the Donetsk People’s Republic didn’t receive any appeals on missing persons. As of 30 March 2018, 452 persons are considered missing. There is a possibility that they are held in Ukrainian captivity.
