Ukraine continues to block discussions on the exchange of detainees. Daria Morozova, the Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR, stated this in an exclusive interview to the TV-channel “Union”. She stressed that the negotiators from Kiev are inactive, like the president of Ukraine himself. At this moment, a number of requests for pardon await his signature; we are talking about citizens of the two People’s Republics. However, Vladimir Zelensky does not sign documents. In turn, Donetsk and Luhansk are making progress, doing their best to make possible the conducting of an exchange.
