THERE ARE 34 DPR DEFENDERS IN LIST OF FIGHTERS RELEASED FROM CAPTIVITY ON APRIL 10 – DARIA MOROZOVA

News

The list of Russian soldiers who were released from captivity on April 10 as part of an exchange with the Ukrainian side includes 34 defenders of the DPR. Among them are both those who served under the contract and mobilized fighters.

In this group there is one woman and many guys who are in serious condition. Three of them when moving to the Russian territory required emergency medical care. One guy had his leg amputated.

Another fighter born in 1991 is paralyzed. He is bedridden after having been injured. He has been in captivity since last May. He was not provided with necessary medical assistance. He was kept in a common cell. And all this time, only the same captured our guys looked after him. We have had to fight for his release for many months, as representatives of Ukraine constantly put spokes in the wheels.

I am sincerely glad that this young man and the rest of our defenders returned home. Now, on the territory of other RF regions, released servicemen are receiving the necessary medical care. We have already understand that some of the guys are not transportable yet. They will be able to come to the DPR only after treatment. All others will return home in the nearest future.
