News Overview of the social and humanitarian situation

Among the series of events of the current week, some of them deserve special attention for the residents of the DPR. Thus, on Wednesday and Thursday, two new prisoner exchanges took place between the Russian Federation and Ukraine. As a result, 85 Russian soldiers were released. Among them are the defenders of the Republic. Now our guys are returning home, where they will be provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance.

In addition, mobilized students from the DPR universities are also returning home. Acting Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin dismissed from service students of full-time and part-time form of education, who had previously been called to the front.

The demobilized students participating in the special operation were awarded state awards of the Russian Federation. In turn, the Ministry of Education is developing a package of measures to support them. In particular, it is planned to exempt young people studying on a contractual basis from tuition fees. Undergraduate students will be transferred to the next year. That way they won’t lose a year of study. Consultations and individual lessons will be organized for them.

The return of our young defenders became possible largely due to the partial mobilization that took place throughout the territory of the Russian Federation. It made it possible to significantly strengthen the potential of the SMO forces and, among other things, launch the offensive in all directions in Donbass. Thus, our military personnel, destroying the best enemy forces, are advancing in the areas of Andreevka, Belogorovka, Artemovsk, Bakhmutsky, Vremovka, Zelenopolye, Soledar, Mayorsk, Maryinka, Nevelsky, Novobakhmutovka, Pervomaisky, Yakovlevka. In addition, the offensive is being actively held in the area of the settlements of Stelmakhovka, Dibrova in the LPR and Belogorovka, Yakovlevka, Artemovsk, Opitnoye, Pervomayskoye, Krasnogorovka, Novomikhailovka in the DPR.

Another important event for the residents of the Republic was the decree of President Vladimir Putin, according to which the Central Republican Bank of the DPR and the State Bank of the LPR will be registered in the Russian Federation as a limited-liability company, and then transferred to Promsvyazbank. This decision will significantly accelerate the transition of the economy of the Republics to the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation, which will increase the standard of living of our citizens.
