Destiny of Donbass. Time will show. Issue of 29 August 2016

Guests of the program “Time will show” discussed the future of Donbass and tried to find out whether the dialogue with Ukraine is possible. The war in Donbass has lasted for three years. During this time, Ukraine has repeatedly claimed that the Russian military were actively involved in hostilities. But the OSCE, the main international organization that monitors the situation in the area, has never announced the presence of Russian personnel in Donbass. Experts speculate whether a dialogue between Ukraine and the Donbass is possible.
