Today, the mother of Sergey Sergeyevich Lyubetsky contacted me. In her appeal, she informed about the detention of her son by the SSU officers and asked for assistance in obtaining information about the reasons and circumstances of the detention. Previously, information about this case became known to me from the reports of various Ukrainian media. Also, according to the mother, I found out that torture is being used against the detainee.
For my part, I made a request to the Ukrainian side through the coordinator of the humanitarian subgroup Tony Frisch, and also appealed to international organizations with a request to visit the detained person to establish the reasons and circumstances of the detention and find out the place where the citizen is currently being held.
