St. George Ribbon is an attribute of statehood, a symbol of unity and continuity of generations. Allegiance to traditions, respect and gratitude to our fathers-liberators have long become part of the national identity of the multi-ethnic people.
This is a memory, which inspires us, sons of victors, for new achievements. We have something to defend and something to fight for. After all, now the St. George Ribbon has acquired another meaning – it has become a symbol of the Great Victory, demonstrating the unity of the Russian world, which the Donbass has always been, is and will be of.
