Relatives of the captured DPR supporters are afraid to visit them because of possible reprisals from Kiev. This was announced today by the DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova.

“We are faced with a problem: we want to hand over some warm clothes, medicines, vitamins and other things to our captured supporters, but we cannot, and their parents cannot either. They are afraid that some reprisals would be imposed against them”, – she noted.

At the same time, the Ombudsman called on the Ukrainian side to provide access to the DPR prisoners for their relatives.

We recall that according to the latest data of the DPR Ombudsman’s Office, 901 persons are kept by the Ukrainian side in places of deprivation of liberty. Another 488 persons are registered as missing. Perhaps, they are also kept in Ukrainian captivity.
