The elections in the Donetsk People’s Republic passed successfully. In the process of monitoring the observance of citizens’ rights during the preparation and conduct of voting, no facts of violation of electoral rights were recorded.
The high turnout of voters at polling stations and the number of voters indicate that residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic are fully exercising their constitutional rights. I have not received any complaints about restrictions on the right of free expression.
