The draft law provides for the new legal norm introduced in the targeted training contract, which requires ensuring that graduates of state educational institutions of secondary and higher vocational education are employed and carry out their professional activities for a period of minimum three years (in the fields of study established by the Government of the Donetsk People’s Republic). In addition, if this requirement is not fulfilled, the target training initiator will have to cover the expenses associated with the provision of social support measures. Meanwhile, it is no longer a requirement to pay a fine related to these expenses, as provided for in the current version of the DPR Law “On Education”.
