Today, my representatives held on-site legal consultations for residents of the DPR. The event was held as part of the All-Russian Single Day of Free Legal Assistance. This time the action was dedicated to the Youth Day and aimed, among other things, at providing legal support to young people who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
As expected, most of the questions received by human rights activists were related to the military-political situation and the peculiarities of the transition period in connection with the accession of the Republic to the Russian Federation. In particular, the reception was attended by citizens who faced difficulties in processing and restoring documents, processing social payments and benefits.
Detailed consultations and explanations were given on all issues. I take every case under my personal control.
I consider the practice of providing free legal assistance to the population useful. Participation in the action will become our tradition.
