On 28 November, staff of DPR Ombudsman Office held an on-site reception of citizens at the City Administration of Torez.
The reception was conducted together with representatives of Department of Labour and Social Welfare of Torez, Office of the Migration Service in Torez, Office of the Pension Fund of Torez and City Administration.
At the reception, an application was received regarding the solid household fuel (coal) that is provided to certain categories of citizens. Another applicant asked a question connected to workers’ rights. Staff of DPR Ombudsman Office clarified certain aspects of the labour legislation in force.
At the reception, citizens had the opportunity to ask officials questions and receive a competent and exhaustive explanation on all issues of concern.
