On 13 February, staff of DPR Ombudsman Office held an on-site reception of citizens at the City Administration of Snezhnoe.
5 citizens of Snezhnoe asked for Ombudsman’s advice and assistance in restoring their rights. At the on-site reception, the following issues were raised: restoration of housing destroyed as a result of hostilities, receiving pension payments on the territory of Ukraine, providing one-time compensation for harm to life and health of citizens caused by the aggression of the Armed Forces and armed units of Ukraine, as well as appealing procedural decisions of the bodies of preliminary investigation.
Citizens that attended the reception were given advice and clarification of the norms of the current legislation. As regards issues demanding response measures, written appeals were accepted by the DPR Ombudsman.
The next on-site reception will be held in Yenakievo, it is scheduled for 20 February.
