On 3 July, staff of DPR Ombudsman Office held an on-site reception of citizens at the City Administration of Dokuchaevsk.
Five persons asked the human rights defenders for legal advice and assistance in restoring their rights. At the on-site reception, the following issues were raised: obtaining financial assistance, employment, unhygienic condition of common facilities, roof renovation in a dormitory, issuing a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
The representatives of the Ombudsman Office gave advice on the above-mentioned issues and provided a detailed clarification of the norms of the current legislation.
