On 24 April, staff of DPR Ombudsman Office held an on-site reception of citizens at the City Administration of Amvrosievka region.
Six citizens asked for Ombudsman’s advice and assistance in restoring their rights. At the on-site reception, the following issues were raised: legal status of displaced persons, obtaining a passport of a DPR citizen, granting compensatory payments for the purchase of solid fuel (coal), misappropriation of land, obtaining maintenance payments and salary arrears.
Representatives of Ombudsman Office gave advice on the above-mentioned issues and provided a detailed clarification of the norms of the current legislation.
