The press conference of the Ombudsman for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic Daria Morozova and Babich Sergey Pavlovich, released earlier from Ukrainian captivity, will take place on Friday, April 20, 2018. The focus of the press conference is the lack of legal grounds for detaining DPR supporters in the territory of Ukraine. Also, correspondence of Sergei Pavlovich Babich with state institutions of Ukraine will be disclosed to identify whether it was legal to bring charges against the man and hold him in custody.
