Persons released from Ukrainian captivity receive advice on applying for a passport


Today, March 5, people who had been held captive by Ukraine received clarifications on the issues of registration of identity documents. The meeting was held at the Temporary Accommodation Centre of the Ombudsman Office, attended by Chief Administrator of the DPR Ombudsman Office Andrey Kolomiytsev, and the Deputy Head of the Migration Service of the DPR Ministry of the Interior Vladimir Medvedok.

At the meeting, major challenges faced by former captives while applying for a passport of a DPR citizen were discussed. Also, the released persons received legal advice.
