Today, 11 September, the Coordinator of the Humanitarian Subgroup, OSCE representative Tony Frisch and staff of the DPR Ombudsman Office visited Torez Correctional Colony and Snezhnoe Correctional Colony of State Penitentiary Service of the DPR Ministry of Justice.
The OSCE representative had private conversations with persons who are held in the above-mentioned penitentiary institutions.
Tony Frisch noted that it was really important for him to talk to detainees face-to-face.
