Ukrainian servicemen are treated properly in DPR penitentiaries. Medical assistance is provided in case of need. This is the conclusion of the OSCE Coordinator in the Humanitarian Subgroup on peaceful settlement in Donbass. Tony Frisch visited a remand prison (SIZO) in Donetsk, talked to POWs and their relatives. He also communicated with families of DPR servicemen, who are held in Ukrainian prisons.
