Today the OSCE Coordinator of the Humanitarian Subgroup Toni Frisch arrived in Donetsk with a working visit, DAN correspondent reports.
Frisch is going to visit the Donetsk remand prison (SIZO) and the Torez and Nikitovskaia colonies, where Ukrainian servicemen are being held. The OSCE representative is going to meet them and inspect their living conditions.
The inspection will be conducted together with the Human Rights Ombudsman, a DPR representative in the Humanitarian Subgroup Daria Morozova.
The Coordinator previously visited the DPR in September 2018 when he met mothers of DPR supporters imprisoned in Ukraine, released POWs and relatives of missing persons. Then, he also visited the Donetsk remand prison (SIZO) and the Torez and Snezhnoie colonies.
