OSCE concerned over health condition of Yulia Prosolova after visiting her – Morozova

Comments and statements of the Ombudsman Media News

After visiting Yulia Prosolova held by Security Service of Ukraine the OSCE Coordinator of the Humanitarian Subgroup Tony Frisch urged the Ukrainian authorities to pay attention to her health condition.  This was mentioned by DPR Ombudsman, delegate to the Humanitarian Subgroup Daria Morozova in an interview to DAN.

“I would like to express my gratitude to our Subgroup Coordinator Mr Tony Frisch for the efforts he made to organise this visit. He didn’t tell a lot after the visit. Although, he asked the Ukrainian side to pay particular attention to her health condition,” the Ombudsman noted.

Morozova added that Mr Frisch visited Miss Prosolova a few days before the Minsk meeting of December 19th.

We remind that a Donetsk citizen Yulia Prosolova is one of the persons illegally detained by Kiev.  She was charged with organising a car explosion on March 31, 2017, in Mariupol, that had killed SSU colonel Alexander Kharaberiush. The woman was arrested by SSU officers in Autumn 2017 in Odessa.  In October 2018, Ilyichevsky Court of Mariupol sentenced her to 12 years in prison for a crime she did not commit.
