As part of informing the citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic, we inform you that in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic dated February 28, 2022 No. 41, state authorities, other state bodies, local administrations, business entities, regardless of the organizational and legal form and form of ownership for the period of general mobilization and conscription of citizens for military service under mobilization, as well as for the period when citizens are in evacuation on the territory of the Russian Federation, ensure jobs and wages within the monthly wage fund (hereinafter referred to as wages) for employees called up for military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic, as well as for evacuated employees.

Decree No. 41 establishes that the accrual and payment of wages to evacuated workers is carried out upon their return from evacuation on the basis of a written notice of being in evacuation.

It is important to note that the employees who submitted the notification are responsible for the accuracy of information about the period and location of the evacuation.

In addition, professional educational organizations and educational organizations of higher education should ensure the preservation of educational places and scholarships for students of all forms of education, mobilized or called up for military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic under mobilization, as well as those who are in evacuation.

Decree No. 41 applies to legal relations that arose from February 18, 2022.
