“The Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR Daria Morozova handed over letters from underage saboteurs addressed to their relatives to the UN Mission representatives,” the statement said.
The press service specified that the letters will soon be delivered to addressees.
We recall that in September, the Ministry of State Security of the DPR reported on detention of a group of minors suspected of committing acts of sabotage in the territory of the Republic on the instructions of Ukrainian secret services. The group consisted of seven people. In particular, they committed a number of unlawful acts with the destruction of infrastructure facilities. It is known that the saboteurs are involved in the damage to the railway network in Yasinovataya on February 16, 2016. Earlier, on October 26, Coordinator of the Minsk subgroup on humanitarian issues Mr. Tony Frisch and Daria Morozova visited detained underage saboteurs. No concern was expressed over detention conditions by the OSCE representative.
