The Human Rights Ombudsman in the DPR, Daria Morozova, stated that she did not negotiate with the Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko on the exchange of prisoners.
“I didn’t have any negotiations with Nadezhda Savchenko. I emphasize that she is not officially authorized to conduct negotiations on the exchange of prisoners,” Morozova told reporters.
Earlier, according to the Ukrainian media “Gordon”, Savchenko said that there had allegedly been certain agreements on the exchange of prisoners between Kiev and Donbass according to the “2 for 2” formula.
