The Donetsk People’s Republic insists on the “all for all” exchange formula as stipulated in the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements. This was a response of Daria Morozova to statement of SSU Head Vasily Grytsak who told about intention of Kiev to exchange “three for one”.
“We are ready to perform the exchange of POWs under the formula stipulated in the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, namely – “all for all” formula,” she said.
Today, during his visit to Kramatorsk, the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Grytsak said that Kiev proposes to release three Republics’ servicemen for one Ukrainian serviceman.
