As part of informing the citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic, we inform you that in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic dated March 29, 2022 No. 107 “On approval of the Procedure for making a monthly cash payment to the Heroes of the Donetsk People’s Republic”, a monthly cash payment of 36,410.00 (Thirty-six thousand four hundred and ten) Russian roubles 00 kopecks is established for the Heroes of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
It should be noted that the monthly cash payment is established and carried out regardless of the provision of monthly payments to the Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic, other measures of social support.
In the event of the death of the Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic, his (her) widow (widower), parents, children under the age of 18, children over 18 who became disabled before they reached the age of 18, and children under the age of 23 studying in organizations that perform educational programmes, full-time education (hereinafter family members) are entitled to a monthly cash payment.
We inform you that in the event of the death of the Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic, each member of his (her) family has the right to submit to the territorial administration of the Pension Fund of the Donetsk People’s Republic an application for receiving a monthly cash payment or an application for refusing to receive a monthly cash payment. It is necessary to attach to the application of a family member of the deceased Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic the following documents:
– death certificate;
– documents certifying family relations with the deceased (dead);
– for children of the deceased (dead) under the age of 23 – documents confirming the fact of studying in an organization that perform educational programmes, in full-time education;
It should be noted that persons over 18 who became disabled before they reached the age of 18, who are family members of the deceased (dead) Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic, are also entitled to apply for a monthly cash payment. Thus, family members of the deceased (dead) Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic submit to the territorial administration of the Pension Fund documents confirming the fact that persons over 18 who became disabled before they reached the age of 18 have a disability since childhood.
The amount of the monthly cash payment to each family member of the deceased (dead) Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic is determined by dividing the amount of the monthly cash payment established by the Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic by the number of members of his (her) family.
In addition, the amount of the monthly cash payment to each member of the family of the Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the title of which was awarded posthumously, is determined in a similar manner.
Separately, it is worth noting that the amounts of the monthly cash payment to the Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic that were not received by him due to death are inherited in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
