Marat Khusnullin: More than 2.8 thousand apartment buildings are planned to be restored in new regions by the end of the year

In the new regions, it is planned to repair or restore more than 2.8 thousand apartment buildings, and build another 47 high-rise buildings.

“Creating conditions for comfortable living for Russians is one of the most important tasks of the Russian construction industry. Large-scale work is underway in this area, including in new regions of the Russian Federation. Today, specialists are building 47 high-rise buildings: in Mariupol, Volnovakha and Alchevsk. A number of them will appear as part of the arrangement of residential microdistricts with the subsequent development of social infrastructure. The plans for restoration in 2023 include more than 2.8 thousand houses,” said Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

The process involves federal customers, employees of the Military Construction Complex and 56 chief regions. The work of the latter is carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. Currently, tens of thousands of builders and specialists work on construction sites. Together with them, local residents are restoring their territories.

Last year, repair, restoration and construction work was carried out on approximately 1.3 thousand multi-apartment residential buildings.
