Humanitarian Subgroup of the Contact Group on the conflict settlement in Donbass started another round of negotiations in Minsk. The delegates are planning to discuss issues of prisoner exchange and search for missing persons. Also, they will raise the issue of ensuring security guarantees for people to be exchanged.
