The Humanitarian Subgroup of the Contact Group on the conflict settlement in Donbas started another round of negotiations in Minsk. The agenda includes issues related to the exchange of prisoners and search for missing persons. Also, the negotiators are going to raise the issue of ensuring the security of persons subject to the exchange.
