A meeting of the Humanitarian Subgroup of the Contact Group on the settlement of the conflict in Donbas started in Minsk.
At the meeting, issues connected to organizing the second round of the prisoner exchange are to be discussed. Also, according to the agenda, the work to elaborate a mechanism of a joint search for missing persons will be continued.
A representative of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the Humanitarian Subgroup, the DPR Human Rights Ombudsman Daria Morozova is planning to raise the issue of unlawful arrest and detention of Vladimir Tsemakh by the SBU, as well as the issue of access of representatives of international organizations to the detainee.
