The DPR Human Rights Ombudsman Office took stock of another round of delivery of humanitarian aid between 25 and 27 March 2020.
The assistance was provided as part of preventive measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. In total, 550 litres of disinfectant for cleaning common facilities were delivered. First aid kits were also provided for residents of social housing objects.
Humanitarian assistance has been provided to citizens living in social housing objects in the territory of the Republic in Donetsk, Makeevka, Gorlovka, Khartsyzsk, Shakhtyorsk and Yasinovataia. The beneficiaries were citizens who suffered as a result of hostilities, as well as those persecuted by other states for supporting the Donetsk People’s Republic, and people with physical disabilities.
